Custom-made Marine Winches

Different kinds of special winches are developed and designed for different markets. Our biggest experiece is in winches for research vessels. AW implemented a new type of veer and haul control for extremely long wires with computer control of spooling instead of mechanical. Our technical solution with servo motors and PLC systems is suitable for different wire diameters. This is a unique AW design.

AW made lot of special winches for civil engineerig and a part of that are special solutions for building bridges. AW also produced different kinds of winches for navy projects. Receantly we started production of special solution winches for the off-shore and seismic market.
