Anchor Mooring Capstans

Various types of capstans are in the Adria Winch production program. Anchor-mooring capstans, normal capstans and capstans with drum under warping head. They are supplied with a welding flange for mounting directly on deck.

They provide long-term operation without failures and very little maintenance requirements. The mechanism of the brake and the clutch is designed for safe and easy operation. All parts are available for inspection and lubrication. In particular, we point out the option with the electric motor inside warping head. This technical solution saves space and keeps the motor from weather and mechanical deffects.

All types are suitable for working in harsh environmental conditions and temperature as low as -40° C.
